Product usage
To be used as preservative for all kinds of food (meat products, canned meat, canned fruits and vegetables, fruits, vegetables, beer, wine, fruit tea, fruit juices, jams, frozen aquatic products, pastry and bread grain products), which can prevent the production of amine nitrate carcinogens, inhibit bacterial growth, extend the storage period of the food, maintain the appearance of the food, colour and flavour, and eliminate the undesirable phenomena such as discolouration of food and beverages, odour and turbidity, especially to ensure the destruction of VC components of fruit juice and fruit jam. Turbidity and other undesirable phenomena, especially to ensure that fruit juice, jam VC ingredients are not destroyed. In the preservation of fruits and vegetables, sodium iso-VC can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, reduce the activity of oxidative enzymes of fruits and vegetables themselves, and prevent fruits and vegetables from decaying and deteriorating.
